Not to scare anyone but John Emery might have just gotten hurt. Left his game tonight in the 2nd quarter and didn’t return. Praying it’s not serious!

They're saying on Twitter it's nothing serious but they didn't want to take any chances. Lower leg injury.

I was at the game and forgot he played for destrehan. Someone incorrectly told me he was #27 and I was thinking damn this kid looks so pedestrian. Thank god I was mistaken

i Was thinking about the same thing. When will high school players decide the playoffs add too much risk to their chance at playing college ball.
