During his interview at the 21.30 mark, he is told the news about O.

Joe "I didn't know that they had announced it, that's disappointing to me...cause he gave me an opportunity when nobody else really would. I wouldn't be here without Coach O, I'm indebted to him... I love the man, I love the coach,,, I love everyone there."

“Loved” is what he should’ve said

O has changed since then

Joe knows it's about football and not about going to Church on Sunday.

Joe doesn't have tits so O doesn't "love" him back.

I'd rather Chase's reaction. Not that he'd dog him out but he saw a little bit of post-championship O.

O should get a lifetime contract

But he is blonde, and we know O has an affinity with them. So there’s that.

The record is pretty clear O is in over his head

He was the coach for 2019 but it kind of happened without his hand guiding the team

They won

He got paid

He let it go to his head and his true colors came out as someone who would rather chase pussy and put the LSU football not at number one on his priority list

Burrow did not see that side of him.

And also O did take a chance on Burrow to put him in the position to be the best college football player of all time

So O and Burrow are kind of indebted to one another no matter what

They would never speak ill of one another

You simpleton, don’t ever put words in an actual players mouth.

Especially Burrow as it shows your lack of knowledge and reinforces the stereotype that all you children still on your parents phone plan are nothing but Karen’s.

I’m sure Joe sees what O has done when he watches LSU get beat down by UCLA. Not show up vs Kentucky. And make bo nix look like a heisman candidate two yrs in a row. He knows it’s time for a change I’m sure

That's a very well-phrased response. He never once says it's the wrong decision. I also find it interesting that he said he didn't know they announced it like he knew it was happening.

I mean, what did people expect him to say? I hate the way this has ended as well, but I realize it is about the program. Another year in this situation is not additive for recovery time, but multiplicative. I trust the guy that is heading the department to bring this home, and if he doesn't he'll be on the hook for it. These guys get paid tremendous amounts of money to run a multi-million dollar business, so the leash is short.

I didn’t put two and two together. But now it makes sense why players were opting out.

Maybe Joe can get O a job with the Bengals?

O was great for Joe and Joe was great for O.
