That’s because a Joe is a big fan of their podcast and he likes being asked different questions that the media don’t ask over and over. I’m at the point where I want to see him on the Joe Rogan podcast lol.

Well it should be a pretty open and shut case. OBJ gave them money in front of god and everybody. This wasn't some seedy bama bag man operating in the shadows. It was a spontaneous moment of jubilation. It's not a good look but this is all on OBJ. The players looked as surprised as anyone. What were they supposed to do?

Although I understand this sentiment, you have to think big picture.
Lets all pretend for a second that LSU, like every major university, is not innocent when it comes to "paying" players and recruits in many ways.
This is how you open a can of worms into an investigation that could reveal something much more damning than some cash at the end of the game.
No top program is without sin, LSU included. theres no reason to invite them inside to dig.

This shite is pretty stupid. I can see if you are paying players to come to your school (during the recruiting process) how that is unfair and frowned upon, but giving some Junior and Senior 1k cash after they win a fricking Natty is completely different in my eyes. I can go give cash to anybody I want right now, but couldn't if they're a college athlete. I get it, rules are rules.. But that's frickin stupid.

Ok but this isn’t big scheme or organized system of paying players. The investigation is simple. “Odell was hammered and just starting handing people money. We made sure everyone who took the money and plans on playing next year gave it back. Slap on the wrist now please.”
