Joe will come back, but he won't be able to wear the same jersey number because LSU will retire his number after this year. Touchdown Joesus.

I wouldn’t be so sure he’s back fellas.

He’s already graduated college and is a good bit better than Danny Etling, who was drafted. He even said him coming to LSU was to start his career.

Not saying he’s gone, but don’t count those chickens.

I'd guess yes 80%, no 20%. Depends on where he's projected in the draft. If it is round 1 or 2, he may go. Lower than that, he stays.

It may also depend on how he fits with the OC. If he's good with the scheme for the '19 season, he may stay even if he gets a high draft projection.

But, there are a lot of QB's ahead of him this year, with many getting a lot of preseason hype.

The smart thing for him is to continue working on his game and get more live playing time before going to the NFL. With the preseason hype and a good year next year, He would go pretty high....

But he needs more reps IMO.

I have no clue what his stock will be after this year, but if gets another year where he can throw to a more experienced Jefferson, Chase and Marshall, his stock might take a gigantic leap because I think that group will be killer next year. And considering Joe's toughness, QB smarts, ability to run and nice touch on difficult passes in crunch time, I would think teams would view him real favorably after seeing him without super-green WRs for a year.

He’s really not a prototypical NFL QB. He has below average arm strength for an NFL QB and his accuracy numbers will be questioned. That being said, I think his intangibles are off the chart and he may end up being a good nfl QB bc of that. He just will never be a high draft pick.

Much easier road to CFP next year. He gets #18, Delpit gets #7.

Then we ride
