not per capita baw. Also committing 50% of violent crimes while being 12% of the population may give you some insight as to why your interactions with police arent great 100% of the time. Since you like statistics so much its absolutely insane there are still more unarmed whites killed by police every year than blacks after taking these stats into account and realizing blacks will have more police encounters with risen tensions than whites will. All I know is that the murder of George Floyd is a travesty, and those 4 cops need to go to jail or get the death penalty (does Minnesota have it?). I’m not going to tell African Americans about their experiences with discrimination, as I am maybe the whitest person on the face of the earth. The system needs to change, this dumb crap happens way too often
