Based on some I-net research, these numbers are likely close to Brady's annual pay
2009-2012: William & Mary … student/athlete who played WR
2013-2014: William & Mary LB coach $35K (left after 2 yrs)
2015-2016: GA at Penn State $40K (left after 2 yrs)
2017-2018: Offensive Analyst Asst. NO Saints $85K (left after 2 yrs)
2019: LSU Passing Game Co-Ordinator $410K (1 yr)
Jan. 2020: LSU offered new contract w/ pay raise to $1.1M
Jan. 2020: Carolina Panthers likely offered $2.5 ~ 3M year for 5-7 years (this is my guess based on Rhule's contract and other OC's in the league)
crazy, dude went from being a broke college graduate 8 years ago to being an NFL OC making close to $3M per yr. Anybody who is single and 30 years old would be a fool not to jump at the money offered by Carolina.

Sorry, but at some point money isn't everything. He'd be at a couple million a year at LSU in short order, with a line on head coach. Loved and everyone is happy to buy him dinner and invite him to the camp.
Now go deal with the divas in the NFL, and no one gives two shits about you. I don't get it.

Money literally is everything.
Just saying.
Just saying.

If he stays he has to deal with traveling the country and talking to 16 yr old kids on the phone everyday to remain relevant.

Maybe he doesn’t want the same thing you want.
Isn’t it crazy and really neat how people want different things with their lives?

Just be thankful that we had him for 1 perfect year. What else could you want?

Yeah, at some point. Usually after he’s actually made some money. At THAT point.
That’s what the OP is getting at, he hasn’t earned much yet, this is his first chance.

You do realize some people don't give a shite about hunting or fishing, right?

I agree 100% brother. I'm not worried as LSU will be fine. Brady helped lay the foundation and confidence for future coaches and athletes to follow. We now believe and optimism is at it's highest level in over a decade. Brady's 1-year in BR got LSU a Heisman Trophy winner, a NC, and lots of buzz around the program. That $410K investment is PRICELESS to LSU fans and alumni everywhere TYFYS Joe Brady

The NFL is always looking for the next Football savant. If he kills it in Carolina he will be an NFL HC in 3 years. It’s crazy but true.

Yea so Brady is definitely not single. And if you think a young upwardly mobile hottie is satisfied in Baton Rouge then I can't help you. Get the arse and the cash.

Yep! Life changing money—- he is set — on the job learning experience ahead. Good luck Joe— thank you for all of your hard work. This year is for the ages!!!!

Good for him getting paid. Glad we had him to set our path forward. However I don't wish his success against the Saints
