Josh Allen loves him. Star QBs get what they want.

Don’t think he is. Hates recruiting.

The reigning MVP who outside of the last game vs Denver has been about as good as it gets in the playoffs is the problem?

How about the defense getting a stop when it matters once or twice.
Yeah, let's not call blame on the guy who turned the ball over 4 times

It’s a lazy hire for Buffalo in my opinion.

I guess you have not kept up with this search. They have interviewed a bunch of folks.
There wasn't anything lazy about it

it is lazy considering the owner & GM both said publicly that the current coaching staff had hit wall and change was needed, yet they promote from within. Bills fans hate this hire.

I'm sure they reached out to him first before offering Brady...lol. I'm sure Ensminger turned down the award for assistant of the year in 2019 and shunned most interested NFL teams!

Really odd. Playoff contending coach fired and then promote from within? Seems like they wanted to gut the staff.

If Smith nixes the hire, it will turn out to be good.
Anyone wonder what would have happened if Brady was hired as HC when Coach O was removed?

Well, if they can sign Jefferson, Chase, and Marshall I'd buy a Bills cap.
