quote:hard work during the offseason certainly helped, but it was overwhelmingly Brady's offense that was responsible for the change between 2018 and 2019.
He was serviceable in 2018 but out of this world in 2019. Did he go train with Urban and Day the year after 2018? No.
He got with Ensminger, and Brady, and Orgeron, and his receivers, and his tight ends, and his running backs, and they worked extremely hard and developing as individuals and as a team.
We had all the 2019 talent here in 2018, but it was handcuffed under Ensminger.
Only when Brady came was it all unleashed.

Poor OSU desperately needs anything they can get when it comes to claiming a successful NFL QB.
One day last year, in a Poker game in Biloxi, player in the seat next to me challenged the table to name a great NFL QB that from Ohio State.
I never thought about it before … but … there isn’t one.
Only great NFL players I can think of are running backs-and of course, the greatest safety to ever play in the NFL. Jack “The Assassin” Tatum.
But … no QB. You are correct sir. You don’t by chance frequent Biloxi poker rooms, do you?
