I wonder how the receivers feel about this in their heart. I really would like to know.

he believes if we run the ball and don't turn it over we beat UT easy.
Which is true. Tennessee is worse than UNC, WVA and Miss State. We'll win this by 2 TDs even with no improvement in the passing game.
The thought for those of us who would like to see Lee get some PT is to see whether he provides a spark and get him much needed game-time experience before going to the Swamp. But I guess we'll have to wait.
Time to support JJ. I hope the kid tears up Tennessee and builds his confidence back.

I believe 4 to 5 losses and it will be.

Les' stubbornness when it comes to JJ is going to get his arse fired.
Why does he insist on protecting/defending JJ, but anyone else who doesn't perform gets introduced to the bench?
Just once, I'd like for a reporter to ask,"Les, what opportunities exactly are you looking for to get Lee in the game for MEANINGFUL snaps?" and "Les, what is it that JJ does better than JL which you think gives LSU a better chance to win?"
Thank God for Vandy, otherwise, LSU would have the worst offense in the conference.

They started stretching and are getting ready to put the yoga DVD in.

Why is Miles going to do this to JJ ?? He is setting the kid up to be booed off the field just like JL was 2 years ago.. I don't agree with it but it is going to happen..
I am beginning to think miles is a dumb-arse..

If he refuses to play JL. Loses the same 4 games.
Fire his arse for cause and don't pay the buyout.

To be fair, listening to the question and response, it wasn't the most convincing "yeah" I've ever heard. He was asked after the last official question, and he paused for a second before answering.

Come on, we've all been thinking it for a while. Now some of us are just starting to believe it.

Look, I agree that Lee needs to take some serious snaps.
But have you guys prepared yourselves for a possible scenerio where Lee plays and our offense is still really, really bad?

starters don't have to earn their position on a LM coached team.

Enjoyed again another wonderful evening in Tiger Stadium. ... I can tell you that the West Virginia team was a very, very capable football team. They had a quality defense, a very explosive offense, they were very good in special teams, and frankly we were in control of that game the entire time.

Yes, I can deal with it. Then we just lower our expectations and face reality.

Jefferson and Miles should be booed loud and long on Saturday
I don't like it either, but booing a young man, that certainly wants to excel, is totally wrong.
I would like to see Lee in the game with it on the line also. Call in and boo Miles midweek, not Tiger Stadium.

Can someone translate this
On the option play:
"We picked up 1st downs in several opportunities in Saturday's game. I guess any play that's three or four yards is certainly a positive. Anything in excessive of three or four yards would have to be based on the criteria of the need of first down."

Les on the booing:
..so Browns fan do not boo ?
quote:
"I was raised in Ohio where I went to the Browns games. ... I did not know how to root against Dallas,
I did not know how to root against St. Louis because I was rooting so strongly for the Browns."
