On another note, when JJ returns what happens. Les has done nothing but tell him good things and pump him up and groom him to be the leader. Now Les will for the first time have to tell him that Lee is the starter at least for now. How will JJ handle that news? Seriously.

Will probably scowl at the water cooler like he always does.

JL never seemed to get this last year even after he bailed us out of a couple of games and JJ was sucking eggs.

That's honestly a different issue to me. If you want to argue that based on JJ's performances last year and Lee's performances in spot duty that you think Lee should have been flip flopped with Jefferson as the starter...than fine. I can't say I'm on board with that for a host of reasons, but I think it's an argument that can be made.

I will go as far as to say that during the most frustrating times in 2010 I was fully behind making a switch NOT because I thought or pretended to know Lee would be better, but because it was at least worth a damn shot! My biggest frustrations over the past three seasons have been with the offensive SCHEME rather than any one player stuck in it.

Remember, Dinardo was the guy who wouldn't make necessary coaching changes before. He was replaced.

Thomas Dunson starting ahead of Trev Faulk and Bradie James.

Using some walkon QB as a receiver with Reed sitting on the bench.

Switching his weak WR Coach to OC when Rich Rodriguez was begging for the job.

Making Josh Booty starting QB with Rohan sitting on the bench.

GD has a reputation to uphold.

Wrong... The one thing you cant argue with is success.. No matter what the situation was in the spring or fall, it is not the same now!! Now, we are 4-0 with our Off. looking dam good, being managed better than it has in the last 3-4 yrs. Sorry, no argument can overcome that... Not a single one.

DiNardo's reasoning is probably a reason that he was a terrible head coach! Lee had to ride the pine behind a terrible JJ for two years, was that fair?

Don't forget sticking with Lou Tepper through thick and thin because he literally wrote the book on linebacking.

Now that is the fair thing to do... General Lee, this is YOUR team to take to the Dome....

Rohan was a sophomore in 1999 and no one had any idea he'd be as good as he ended up being until the arkansas game that year. that was booty's first year, and he was one of the top qb recruits in the country coming out of high school. i can't put booty starting in 99 completely on dinardo. we had no line in 99, larry foster got kicked off the team, etc. trev, james, meyers, and a bunch of other players were freshman. 99 was just a nightmare all around. starting rohan wouldn't have changed that
