I admit it I was 100% wrong. I thought only Les and JJ would think that JJ should start at qb when he returns. DiNardo proves me wrong.

On another note, when JJ returns what happens. Les has done nothing but tell him good things and pump him up and groom him to be the leader. Now Les will for the first time have to tell him that Lee is the starter at least for now. How will JJ handle that news? Seriously.

As I said yesterday, I hope JJ and his family are so pissed at Miles, LSU, BR Police, etc., for the way he has been treated, if he's truly innocent, that he'll transfer somewhere else for his senior season.

If JJ is reinstated and named starter, tigerdroppings will crash.

Jefferson was out after curfew and got into a fight where he was arrested and charged with a felony. He lost any and all claim to the starting position when he broke team rules and the law.

He's lucky if he gets reinstated to the team at all. If he comes back, send him in--if at all necessary--when faced with third and short situations. The kid does have wheels. Otherwise, he stands on the sideline with a clipboard.

Gerry DiNardo. Ha.

Should be the least of LSU fans concerns if that happened.

any other place and he wouldve played his way out of that spot a long time ago.

Yeah I agree. Last year was painful to watch and all I could think was that Lee must really look terrible in practice to not pull Jefferson. But now that we see how effective Lee has been I don't think there's any way Jefferson starts unless Lee is injured. I think Lee has surprised everyone, coaches included. If they had known he could be this effective they would have played him last year when our offense was sooooo horrible

There's really no point in arguing this issue with most of you, as I have no interest in pointing out the fact that you are all simply filling the same cliche roles as every other disgruntled fan of every other sports team in the history of organized sport who feel they know far more than the coach paid to lead their team. I don't care if YOU think he earned the sport...I care that Miles thought he did. When you became the HC at LSU, I'll care about what you think about the depth chart.

No rationale for that whatsoever.

JJ would start as the "scout Practice" QB......
JJ has always been a great "practice" QB.......
But in the real game JJ looks like a deer in the head lights

Yeah, speak for yourself. In my opinion he is as good as I thought he would be.

Many reasons that Dinardo is not a coach, and this is one of them.

As I recall he totally lost control of team discipline as his reign was ending. One more reason to see why.

I don't think there's much of a point in arguing with people like you who seem to take the stance that coaches are infallible. Lee has basically ended the debate of who the better qb is already. JJ never deserved to be the unquestioned starter, his piss poor stats prove that. Show me one other place where a qb can play as poorly as JJ and be able to return the next season as the #1 guy no questions asked.

You didn't quote my whole sentence. I'll buy the Miles rational, but there were 2 other options.
