Blackman just sucks to be honest, offense is putrid and defensively, he needs to fire the DC The loss of Francois really sucked this offense dry.
FSU has talent, zero excuses for Jimbo and I like him too.
Unfortunately this is what happens when your offense relies heavily on a QB , I don't think Jimbo is bad at developin QB's but Blackman is trash

Can someone say for certain he was offer the LSU job in 2015 when miles almost got fired? Maybe we dodged a bullet. This team has problems. They will be 2-5 after tonite.

I remember when Miles lost his starting qb before the season and still finished 7-5 in a tough league (and they gave the Ark game away). Will jimbo get to 7-5 this year?

This is pretty much a referendum on Jimbo. Aside from 1 game, schedule isn't that bad. LSU won without a QB for years, he can't use that freshman excuse. He is what he is.

At least with Miles offenses, we never relied on QB play so it never hurt as much when we did lose a QB
Jimbo offense relies on superb QB play and when your star is out and you have a true freshman who really does suck, it will be bad
I never realized how bad they were defensively until this year. I would kick the DC's arse. The DC is almost responsible for half the losses

The problem is that he lost about 90% of his offense from last year. Cook went pro and Francois got hurt, so he is relying on two true freshman at QB and RB to carry the offensive load. Akers will be awesome at some point, but teams like this have to learn how to win first and that can take time. They have three really close losses. Tonight they look like complete shite though so far and their O-line continues to look like they've never played a down before.

This team is not playing for Jimbo...even without your starting QB ....Florida St has enough talent to beat 90% of the ACC by running the ball and playing good defense

How did a review confirm that Florida State didn’t intercept the ball on the 4th down play? Dude clearly intercepted the ball with a foot in bounds. The ball never moved in his hand.
