Don't know if anyone just saw the commercial on ESPNU with Jessie Palmer talking about what makes college football so special. His whole speech was about his first time in Death Valley and he said some great things.

I'm not gay or anything, but Jessie Palmer is like a pretty good looking guy right? Again, NOT gay but if he leaned in for a kiss I wouldn't push him away obviously

I saw it. It is one of the best hypes for LSU I have ever seen
For those of you who did not see it, he is describing his experience of the bus ride when Florida played LSU.

I specifically remember a sheet/banner hanging over the interstate on the overpass between college and acadian which said "WUERFFEL IS A ****" the morning of the '95 game. The '97 game, which was palmer's 1st game in tigerstadium, was the most intense i've ever seen tiger stadium so i wouldn't doubt it if what he said is true.

That's right..his first game was when LSU beat them at #1 in '97..Doug Johnson started and Palmer was backup..still top 3 if not best game ever

Florida game, hands down for me....the greatest sporting event I have ever been to. Stadium was insane that night.
