I’d say just it’s more of a sign that R’s are willing to call out stupid decisions by republican politicians when it’s obvious. Dems just agree with everything the dem says no matter how dumb the policy is because there is a D next to the name.

No . When our Mike died from cancer they put up a billboard that said come visit them.. their tiger lives longer.. the tiger died ( was taken away..idk)… then then got a white camel called it Casper.. some idiot women went into cage and it bit her.. then they had a billboard with Casper on it and said drop in their restaurant for a bite..

Finally sold it and it was pretty much torn down and modern one rebuilt. Still call it tiger truck stop.

Why do you assume I am a Dem. I am not, I became a practical Independent years ago after Bush 1 (old Man Bush) screwed over President Reagan with the failure to implement the border/immigration deal that he had reached before his term ended (I became a registered one after Bush 2). Bush 1 got in after President Reagan, gutted it and started the NAFTA process and rather than standing up for Border control, wanted a free movement of cheap labor, Clinton took the ball from the 50 yard line and ran it into the endzone.

In my lifetime, which covers 8 Governors starting with Governor John McKeithen, his (Landry's) only rival for intelligence is Governor Blanco, who was a nice Lady God Bless her soul, but totally incompetent. That would be 4 GOP (Treen, Roemer who switched, Foster and Jindal) and 4 DEMs (McKeithen, Edwards, Blanco and J.B. Edwards).

So if you are running through a pasture and step in cow dung, the only difference in my view (maybe not yours) is with the modern GOP you stepped in 1 pile of dung, with the Dems you stepped in 2.
