Jayden's first season with LSU is better than Joe Burrow's first season.

If he comes back another year, he's going to tear it up. Downvote that the truth is the light.

I never said he will be better than Joe. Just his stats are better. Joe's my favorite all-time QB.

Maybe, but Joe's my favorite. Until he tops 2019..Joe's the G.O.A.T

I agree.

BUT...

every other position on our O now is less talented/experienced than what Joe had in 2018-2019.

That was Joe’s first year as a starter, this is Jayden’s 3rd full season as a starter - everyone knows that the biggest jump in QB performance comes between year 1 and year 2. The idea that a light bulb is going to go off and Jayden is automatically going to be able to throw the ball over the middle of the field and diagnose coverages in his 2nd year here is insane

Heisman favorite next year imo. If he stays confident and keeps trusting his playmakers, could be a special year.

if he leaves he won’t get drafted …but if he stays he’ll win the Heisman and be a first round pick …make it make sense

That is correct and it was in a prehistoric offensive system. If Burrow would have had a better offense like he had in 2019 or even this 22 offense, his stats would have been much better in 2018.

Josh Williams is better than Nick Brosette. O line may be the same or maybe worse now. We let up like 8 sacks to Arky and 7 sacks to Bama. Not sure about exact stats.

Oh Mason Taylor may be better than other, whoever was TE then. Moreau?

Yeah rattler from SC is an actual real QB. He has a quick release and accurate ball down field. JD is still very inaccurate down field, still can't see open recievers and an average arm. JD is good at short, quick passes where he doesn't have to think, and running. Comparing him to burrow is comical. Burrow was a coach on the field, knew where pressure was coming, knew where hot read was, threw down field very accurately in tight windows. You people are insane

No, I can't, he couldn't handle the reads and audibles on blocking and routes. JD is doing good but let's not fool ourselves, he's no JB and never will be.

Lol at first round pick. He can't throw the ball down field accurately and still can't read a d. That's all going to change in year 5 I guess.

JD is playing very well, at times, but is a limited QB. It's amazing how people just overlook that.
