I’m all for Myles being the starter after all he has been through. But I’m all for competition and the best man wins.

It’s day one of practice but simply watching the natural skills of Daniels (quickness, footwork, release, and MOST importantly throws the most catchable ball) makes me believe he will take it. Pay attention to where his passes hit the target compared to the other 3 guys and how smooth he seems to be able to do the footwork in the drills.

I don’t know about his leadership skills but his natural talents and fundamentals easily look to be the best at this point.

One of the best things about Joe Burrow was his ability to throw a catchable ball. We will see as practice progresses and I don’t know anything about Daniels leadership to come in and make the team believe in him like Joe did.

Again rooting for Myles bc he has hung with LSU but Daniels skill set looks like it will be tough to keep him off the field.

Half the fan base will be pissed regardless of who starts.

So true. But it will be Daniels.

Daniels may have all the talent in the world but he looks pretty thin for a SEC QB. Wasn’t that the biggest complaint about Myles for the longest time?

While I would feel bad for Myles, I don’t really care if JD starts. Play the best guy. Win games. Make stacks. Pretty simple.

You can’t be “all” for two opposing ideas. Pick one or go 50/50

Jayden is the Narcisse of this year. Terrible spring game incoming.

Best QB will start.

If you got all that from the twitter videos posted so far than I dont know what to say.

Everyone keeps saying daniels looks fast. The dude is taking like 6" steps and the others are taking full steps.

He also looks like a twig.

And lastly, the videos out now show like 4 passes from each qb. I think I saw one ball dropped by the ball boy, so Id say they can all throw a catchable ball.

The QB sitting on the bench should be the starter.

You watched acouple of short clips from the first practice of spring ball and are already naming a starter.

The difference is that one is known for their speed and athleticism and the other has shoes made of cinder blocks

Mobility such an important skill in todays offenses. Not much threat of run on RPOs with Brennan. Think that will make the difference at some point.

Brennan looks slightly sluggish, but I’m not ready to write him off yet.
