Not just any pitching coach, one of the best. Honestly I understand it. It’s insane how many games and how long an mlb season is.

I'm not that up to date on what he gets paid but I'm sure it's plenty(not all need/want the most money). When the choices are to be the man at the most supported college program in the country or deal with the pressures and fickleness of an MLB job, I'd choose the college job every time.
