It's extremely sleezey and immoral and should be illegal.
He deserves to be prosecuted for it. Aside from that, he asked the woman to film...and she still went forward with the act anyways? Just no head on that broads shoulders. Doesn't make what Toviano did right and she is still a victim in the situation.

Ninja, please. There is no indication whatsoever that the sex was not consensual.
Videoing the sex without consent is wrong, but rape is WAY TOO DRAMATIC to be linked to this.
STOP cheapening rape. Rape is much more serious than simply pressing the Record button when a girl has already consented to give it up.

Absolutely not. This - by itself - is certainly not worthy of being kicked off the team or even prison/jail time.
Assuming that it’s his first offense and he doesn’t have any priors, this is a nothing-burger if she is of legal age and the sex was consensual. He’ll get a slap on the wrist, a small fine, and probation most likely.

The scary thing is that this probably isn't the only person that he has secret videos of. He set up a hidden camera in a clock to specifically record this girl without her knowing. Who knows how many other girls he has videos of as well.
