for me it's tough to judge JR because I don't think anyone could succeed in Oakland right now. they are putting together a damn good defense, but that organization isn't in good shape. i also think it is one of the responsibilities of a qb to change the culture of a team and get the best out of its players.
i like JR and would love to see him succeed. GET THE frick OUT of here with that ignorant "you're a racist" bullshite.

The money is the problem with JR. If he wasn't the top overall pick he might've been better because he'd be more motivated. Once he got paid.........well, I hope he doesn't end up like Antoine Walker. How many top overall picks have stuff like this?

Yes! We made it all the way to page 2 before someone played the race card. As LSU fans, we cheer for a team that is 75% black. We cheer for other NFL players like Landry, Addai, Bowe, Dorsey, Henderson, Faulk, etc. But the one time you say that JR is lazy, we are labeled racists? Pathetic.
