I don’t like it but honestly understand it. If they have to work for a shitty boss or franchise (company), how else are they supposed to voice concern or push for a change? The GM is responsible for wins but also keeping employees happy. Make shitty management (coach) hires will cause you to lose good employees. This is exactly what happened.

Exactly. He didn’t choose who drafted him. Most of us simply switch jobs if we don’t like the direction our management is going. No so simple for an NFL player on his rookie contract.

A Coach O coached player would have worked harder to win for the franchise that took a chance on him.

Took a chance on him? He was a top 6 pick.

That’s the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard.

The Jets are a shite organization and Jamal was giving them All Pro caliber play.

But damn, two first round picks??

Seahawks trade out of the first round alot anyways, and when they dont, they tend to draft busts in the 1st. They most likely would've traded back with those two 1st round picks anyway.

Why not just trade them for the best safety in the NFL.

Damnit Jerry! I sure was hoping the Cowboys were going to make it happen. Once again, they miss. Came awful close to pulling off a deal for him last year as well.

Dude that's a freaking haul for the jets . He's good but I'd do that in a freaking heartbeat. Offense is lacking there..d is good enough to stay in games without him ,I'm sure. As long as there's a competent replacement

You couldn't pay me enough to live in the chaos that is Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, L.A. or NYC right now.
