I agree getting suspended for weed in today's world is kind of silly. BUT these athletes know the rules. Why risk it? Especially the freaking Olympics. Wait and smoke weed after the damn Olympics.

Everyone in organized sports agrees to play by the rules and testing. They sign the document! Who cares what recreational drug it is! If it is on the list stay away from it period. If you don't stay away and you are stupid enough to get caught you do not get to play period! Violate the rules and you get kicked out of legitimate programs. We have all seen this no matter what your opinion of the drug is!

How stupid could one person be? Olympics come once every 4 years. Show some fking discipline and self-respect. Literally the biggest spotlight and chance to make millions being thrown away. Wait a month and she could burn all da ganja she wanna smoke, mon.

I have zero sympathy for any athlete that can’t manage to stay off drugs of any kind long enough to achieve a major sport accomplishment such as the olympics. Total stupidity on her part.

And we have officially reached the point where the pro marijuana crowd are the ones who can’t take a joke lol. I actually noticed that a while back, there is nobody more sensitive and defensive than smokers/consumers discussing anything about weed. I’m pro legalization but nobody gets worked up faster than somebody who enjoys marijuana and thinks they detect anything negative regarding cannabis coming out of someone’s mouth, even if it is a joke.
