Well here is the question for all us moralist: Saban plays this guy in the same scenario, we probably wont.

So which policy is right? winning at all cost or trying to do the right thing?

5 years ago I would have said do the right thing but winning now justifies everything and I'm not saying that's right.

As it should be with a felony arrest. He's not kicked off, just suspended pending the results of the legal process.

I realize you are in some form of denial right now but the recent history of arrests involving high profile players is disturbing and something needs to be done.

I'm not in any form of denial, dumb frick. I'm glad he was suspended. Hitting a woman is never acceptable. But further punishment and passing of judgment shouldn't come without more definitive information. I will say it looks pretty damning on the surface.

Get off your high horse and stop acting like players were always these God-fearing, chivalrous gentlemen up until some magical turning point a few years ago.

Not that it matters, but we're not the only team that deals with offseason issues. This has happened for decades and decades with every major program.

Quit being a fricking idiot

What does that have to do with two bar fights, a couple of possession of marijuana arrests, and now another 2nd degree battery arrest all involving not only starters, but VERY IMPORTANT starters?

What a freakin moron. Our players do some of the stupidest stuff. He deserves to be kicked off for good for punching a woman in the mouth.

Will be kicked off the team, sit a year, then will starting for Alabama or Auburn next year.

At a new school, no one will care. It's like you get forgiven for everything. Like Cam Newton and Winston.

Everyone is so indigent when it happens, then accepting when it's a new team.
