Whatever spurred this own, drugs, alcohol, immaturity, these men just hurt their futures if they plan on playing at the next level. This is not forgot by NFL teams when evaluating.
So if he can come back after some program to get him back he should be behind one of the great DB's we have coming in.

even if you are destitute, and not an LSU athlete, you can find an atty to represent you that doesn't require the fee/retainer upfront

he's likely going to be set up with a pro bono attorney through lsu. pretty sure it would be an ncaa violation to accept legal services like that pro bono prior to being charged. and yeah, he could get representation upfront without paying, but he'd be expected to pay eventually, just like any other destitute client would. regardless, him not speaking with the investigator and blowing him off means absolute nothing in the legal context.

thanks, that's putting it a little more thoroughly, people tend to believe too much of what they see on TV, he'll have no problem getting good counsel, given his status, just has to go through the proper protocol steps
