I'm just saying there are plenty of logical reasons why he didn't want to come in when he was already going to be back for the 9th. Nothing sketchy about it. Police investigators aren't worried about it, and you shouldn't be either

I'm not wading through all of this, just waiting for the facts, but if you've got allegations that the police want to talk with you about, and they're just asking you to come in, haven't sent the swat team, you should never go in without counsel. Even if you talk to them by phone, and tell them you are waiting to meet with your attorney, they will agree. Especially something like this.
