The guys pulling us through are the ones who would give their left nutt to be here. Foster and Cotton.
Don't forget your Game Winning RBI Batter Sciambra.

I would like to know what laird and stevensons avg was in the sec. Laird is not better than Stevenson offensively for what we need him to do. He rarely executes the sac bunt and isn't much of a threat stealing bases. It doesn't matter that he run a sub 4 to first when he pops out so much. Over the offseason they need to punish him like Willie mays Hayes.

Foster was great today, but without Stevenson's catch, Tigers lose.

The catch in center by Stevenson won the game today.
Bases were loaded.

Foster hit, stole bases, threw a guy out at the plate, took a hit away from somebody, he is probably even driving the team bus right now, he did it all!

I think in our park you go with Foster over Stevenson (Laird in center). However, in Omaha, you can make a good case for Stevenson/Laird (or Stevenson/Foster).

He deserves to play over either Laird or Stevenson.

Stevenson saved three runs with the best outfield play I've seen this year! He friggin covered some ground! No Stevenson, no victory!

I think Foster should always play against lefties and split time with Laird at all times, at minimum

He needs to be in the lineup. I sure hope Mainieri sees this. Any other outfielder in right today and we lose.

It looked like Laird was limping pretty bad after the game. There may not be a decision to make next weekend.

No point in bickering today, Foster and Stevenson both played great games and were big parts of the win.

Guess you must have been channel surfing when Stevenson caught that fly ball at the wall with bases loaded to end the inning!....

Good point, looks like at least through regionals it will have to be Stevenson/Foster.
