No clue.

The original information that leaked was Lane Kiffin would come to implement a single-back spread offensive system predicated on running but with a far greater emphasis on passing. Didn't happen.

Conventional wisdom would say that Orgeron botched a number of things, yet here we are. Orgeron is a COTY candidate who just led a team to an upset over the #2 team in the country.

What a time to be alive!

The binder consisted of the plan you see coming to fruition. I never wavered from the hire myself...nor CSE as OC

A detailed plan to get us back right where we are. I would say he’s right on track wouldn’t you?

An honest question deserves and honest answer which you aren't likely to get from the idiot chorus around here.

Candidates for senior management positions often bring a presentation of some sort with them when interviewing for a job. Anything from hand outs (which Nick Saban used in his LSU interview), to elaborate multimedia presentations. These devices show what the goals candidate intends to achieve and how he intends to accomplish them. Apparently Orgeron's presentation was contained in binders which unless I'm terribly mistaken were passed out to members of the committee.

Word of the binders leaked out and the junior high school level mentality that permeates this board had a field day with the idea.

That isn't surprising since none of them is ever likely to be a candidate for a position that would require more than a smudged application form.

Instead of laughing at the idea of having a binder, the lack of one would be disturbing. But don't tell the baws at the plant.

Good post. Have an upvote.

I've been fairly critical of O from jump, however, I've always thought the binder with his plan for job showed organization, forethought, and preparation. He is basically running a multi-million dollar business. Try to get a loan without a business plan. You will quickly be shown the door. I guarantee Miles didn't show up for his interview as prepared as O was.

That said if I'm being honest I've made a few cheap binder jokes here and there.
