It’s time for LSU to go B1G

No matter what, behind the scenes, LSU should make an attempt to join the B1G just to stick it to the SEC. If Nebraska is not an AAU member, LSU doesn’t have to be. It’s like Jenga and LSU leaving is like taking out a block from the base of the foundation.
The B1G would become America’s conference coast to coast, and other SEC teams would consider leaving too to get a hold of that new TV deal.

While I wouldn’t hate it, I love being in the sec for football and baseball purposes mainly.
Even tho they have won the last 3 titles there is no doubt the best teams in America are in the sec

How many times is this going to be posted? What a original thought. Let it go, LSU is staying in the SEC, Sankey will be out of the SEC before LSU (a founding member) is

We would be wise to at least lay the groundwork and have preliminary discussions. The SEC has already shown its arse and its willingness to apply its rules selectively. It’s extraordinarily insulting for Sankey to have floated expulsion over the 5 for 5 issue.
But if we ever did it, I’d want to do so in a way that clearly differentiates the B1G above the SEC. There are 18 schools in that conference. Ideally you pull in six more, including LSU, to form a 24 team super conference. Poach the ACC and Big 12. And perhaps other disfavored SEC teams like A&M. Bury the SEC.

Look, forget the latest fiasco created by Sanky and the SEC. The Big 10 has caught and passed the SEC in football for sure, (and that is the biggest revenue stream).
IMO the SEC has needed improved leadership for a few years now. If not, the writing is on the wall. The SEC has slipped as the premier conference. Not far enough for that to be permanent, but the slide has to be halted ASAP. I think Sanky is a weak captain for lots of reasons.

That makes zero sense. The SEC hasn't won shite in a while. But they're still the best? In baseball I agree that the SEC is the premier conference. It's not even close.
I think the SEC is past it's heyday in football unless something changes. As far as i'm concerned. I love watching the SEC burn. I'm not sure why everyone has a love fest with conference that's full of other teams that hate your guts past just ribbing each other over sports.
They literally want you removed from college sports altogether.
