I disagree. The in state schools are pumped to play us. The problem is we sleep walk through all these games as if it doesn't matter. They ALL matter at the end. It's frustrating to see the older guys ho=hum it and pass it down to the newbies. How about a little fire ???

It’s not losing midweek it’s the over and over again seeing a team take the field that looks like they don’t give a s&$*!

The 2017 team wasn’t scary? That was 3 years ago. It’s even the terrible marlins beat the Astros. They played a back to back on the road, cut them some slack.

Marinara has hollowed out the once solid bronze statue of LSU baseball.

You think I’m lying to try to make friends?

I don’t give a crap what you think, just fact is we were a championship caliber team a few years ago and had been a National seed year in year out. We’ve had 2 subpar years in a row and I hope we don’t end up in another Miles situation and keep Paul around until the program goes stale. LSU baseball is supposed to be an elite program

The program needs fresh blood. Paul has been an outstanding coach.
I thank him for his contributions, but I think it's over for him.

It’s that they aren’t that excited when they beat us. Used to be a huge deal for an in state school to beat LSU. It’s almost like they expect to now.
The times they are a changing.

Complain if in state schools celebrate, complain if they don't. Never change tRant, never change.

We used to be able to point to lineup changes and pitching tinkering as a valid reason for losing a midweek in-state game, because it helps set you up for the heart of the season.

But mental and physical errors and confused batters throughout the lineup doesn't really back up that reasoning. And it's prevalent and consistent over the last ~2 years. Very concerning.

I’m betting you said this same thing the last seven years in a row.

Yes he has to go! Fire CPM Woody! Can’t stand losing mid week games! People wonder why we are not a 1-8 seed anymore to potentially host a super!

The way you get to this is by putting players on the field and find which ones do this

So you know you can’t rely on them when conference games start.

Except we are more often than most everyone else.

Brees also. Sometimes the game just passes you by and you start to slip. Both been great, but just aren't what they once were
