I haven't seen much OSU this year but the other three playoff teams accomplish things in the running game that we couldn't replicate this year. I think it's a bit different when the o-line and RB's threaten to stretch the defense at any given moment, JD5's flaws aside.

The only playoff team that runs lots of tempo is tcu

Every Qb yesterday except Bennett ran 10+ times with multiple designed Qb runs
TCU ran multiple zone reads and Qb power

Every playoff team uses the TE a lot
Michigan and Georgia use 2 TE sets more than anyone

Tcu won because their running game was better - Michigan had more explosive pass plays
