What are you actually arguing about if you agree that there is valid argument from a moral standpoint. You can kick someone off the team on moral grounds. What in the hell are you wasting all this time on this.

No, I was saying from a moral stand ground you have an argument, but you can't kick someone off a team for that reason. I mean you could but not without a lawsuit. The university could make something up I suppose to kick him off.

Also would you really go through all this effort in embarrassing yourself if this wasn’t your ace pitcher on your favorite state school.
Something tells me if anything where different about this case you would have drastically different opinions. Who the victim was(your daughter). Who the perp played for. My question to you is why? Why would it be different. The crime is the exact same and you defend the university in one scenrario and would take another position on it had been another school.

Bro. A lawsuit on what grounds? He doesn’t have a right to a scholarship from Oregon State and to play on the baseball team. Give me a break.

You have spent all this time in trying to prove you just have all the facts and know more than everyone else.
You tell me what grounds would he have against the university if they kicked him off the team and revoked his scholarship. He doesn’t have a right to be at that school. He doesn’t have a right to play baseball. He can go to a juco school or another week place that will give him a second chance. I don’t think there is anything wrong with that BTW but bro come on.
They have a completely valid reason for not wanting to associate with pedophiles and registered sex offenders. A moral one.. and should have excercised it but they didn’t. Our stance will not change when it comes to that.

How about you EAFD mr grown up pedophile public defender. I’m wrong am I? So he didn’t finger a 4 year old when he was a teenager? Did that not happen? Please enlighten us with all of your facts. I’m also very curious of your age bracket

He would have the guts to say what he had said not anonymously behind a keyboard I can tell you that right now. It’s indefensible.

I can sue you because I don’t like the color of your tie. That doesn’t mean I’ll win.
Athletic departments/universities have the right to establish standards for their athletic teams. Your scholarship is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.

This makes sense. I would not begin to assume that the people of Oregon andvtge administration at OSU are not made up of good people. I do not think they set out to harbor a pedophile. I do not think the people of Oregon think these things are ok. I’m sure there could be some dicey legal ground but you can only expect people to be so understanding. I’m sure there is plenty of misinformation but all I’m concerned about was what he did and how old they were when it happened. That’s all I need to have an opinion on this topic
Note- not saying it makes sense to me. I’m just saying that OSU isn’t made up of child molestors. It just isn’t. If he’s there after all this, then there is more to it than him being good at throwing a baseball.

Don't try and shift
You are wrong about it being something he'll never stop doing
You're confusing a general truth about pedos with the facts regarding underage offenders
Sheesh man. Keep up
