Collegiate sports are no longer about Alma mater brah. LSU is Like a pro team to this state. I don't understand why some of you can't understand that

Seeing a lot of friends on Facebook who went to loyola, Tulare UNO, ULM, acting like they have always been big LSU fans.

They probably have.

I was an LSU way before I attended and graduated from LSU.

It's hard to understand how someone from here would be confused about seeing people pulling for LSU even though they never attended the university.

You just pissed off a lot of people. I am a Cajun woman and I bleed purple and gold. I did not attend LSU bc this school did not offer the degree I wanted. Are you even a LA native to ask a question like that? Don't you understand LA culture? Some people are not fortunate enough to go to any college; does this mean they are not worthy to love and support LSU. I think you are a serious douche for being that guy regardless. Now, I love LSU and I am proud to be an LSU Tiger, no matter what colleges I went to!

You're much a part of this team as your sidewalk buddies so there is no need.

I'd rather sit by people who were raised LSU tigers than the "foreigners" who go to lsu.

Everyone in Eunice has loved the Tigers since the dawn of time. Most of em never went to college and some never made it through high school. But a lot of em have sat in the end zone for years ( rowdy arse fans) and long before must of you punks were born. Geaux Tigers

bullshite. I was born and raised an LSU fan all my life. I live in SC could never afford out of state tuition. I go to Clemson, but I'm a die hard LSU tiger does not matter where I go to school.

I went to Ole Miss.

I dare you to walk up to me and question my fandom. I will wreck you.

I'm from Baton Rouge and basically grew up on campus with my neighborhood being so close. I went to the LSU bars in high school. I needed a change. I still came back for every single LSU home game.

I'm of the opinion that everyone from Louisiana should be an LSU fan.

The ones you should be directing your hater energy towards are any buddies from La. that went to Bama, Ole Miss, etc.

I went to Ole Miss.

I didn't go for the football. I came home for all the LSU games. I went for the pussy and the parties. Period.

All my friends who stayed in BR said they regret it.
