What’s giving me pause is that the coaching staff, including Jay, were speaking very highly of this team and its talent.

Weird Jay didn’t publicly call his team dog shite trash before the season

The board's resident Jay ball washer is in full defense mode. I hope you're getting paid to put in the work

It has continued the trend of the hangover season following a natty.

JJ must go on a serious bender when the team gets back from Omaha

Jay doesn't get enough credit for winning 17 SEC games in his first season given the pitchers he had to work with. I will forever be most impressed by that.

2024 was a down year that was a catch away from a Super and likely easily into Omaha to make a run with the top 2 pitchers.

I'd say Jay is closer to 3 Natties than some kind of outlier.

3/5 years Jay has had a subpar or worse result. Seems like the two championship years are the outliers.

What is wrong with you?

Jay was like a Jake Brown catch away from likely hosting an easy Super in Baton Rouge.

He did an incredible job his first season with what, Hilliard and Money. His other down season he nearly hosted a winnable Super.

I am so tired of the Jay hate. He literally just won a 2nd Natty as recent as last season. And thank God he did or otherwise we'd never hear the end of "but Skenes, Skenes, Skenes."
