Plays that score points and move the ball well enough to be ranked among the better offensive teams in the league.

I thought we had the best offensive coordinator in the country. I expected more

Good answer. So you don't actually know what you are watching.

Lol sure I do. I'm watching a shitty offense. That's not my opinion. That's a fact

Yep. You'd think the best offensive coordinator in the country could get better results but hey some of the resident idiots like the calls lol. All is well folks.

What should the LSU offense look like? Really curious on what you think.

put the best players on the field who work the hardest and it will take care of itself. I would love to see more of Chase. Dude reminds me of OBJ in his freshman season. Just found a way to make catches.

More quick passes would be a start. It's mind boggling that you watch the offensive line crater against southeastern and yet we see so little of a short/intermediate passing game. If you can't protect how about some screens, quick slants, etc. that's one thing I'd like to see more often. Quick, short passes, screens.

Lose the slow developing stretch run plays where we take the whole damn defense to the ball carrier. We've done little to no play action off it so wtf is the point besides mimicking an offensive concept from 25 years ago?

No more one or two man routes where both guys are 30 yards downfield.

More 4-5 wide sets since we were told how the receivers would be the strength of the offense.

Get the ball to Dillon and Chase on some sweeps, reverses, or even just bubble screens and give them some chances to make plays.

That's off top my head. Granted, I don't sleep at the office thinking up plays though

It was funny during the spring and summer to hear Orgeron talking about a certain percentage of the offense being "implemented". Obviously that was BS. They're still trying to figure out what they should be doing.

Hit the nail on the head, I made similar comments on previous thread about how playcalling wasn't bad against Florida as much as it was player execution. I mentioned the same play about Sullivan missing block and could have been an 8-10 yd. gain. Some people don't "see, know, understand" the game. It's obvious by the downvotes you got, morons.

I agree with some of your suggestions but some of those were used in the Florida game and were not executed by the players, hence, no yards or losses and people think it's bad playcalling and that's bullshite. They ran Dillon on a sweep and it wasn't blocked well and he got nothing on the play. Ran slip screen to Giles(wrong person, should have been Chase) and Sullivan didn't block and it went for no gain. I agree with more bubble screens but not to fricking Giles. They have had some success with the stretch play, you aren't going to hit it everytime. The playaction shouldn't be from under center (too slow developing) so much as from shotgun where Burrow can see the pressure from both sides and can read off lb/safety/end and more of an rpo like Philly runs.

So you’re saying it’s coaching.

If you're asking that from what I said then you don't get it either and won't waste my time.
