I saw one MLB segment that was talking about players who helped themselves in the pre-draft combine and the analyst named Cam Johnson and mentioned while he has much to improve, he has the the stuff of a first rounder and wouldn't be surprised if a team took a chance early.

If he makes it past this last 10th round pick by the Astros, it makes it SIGNIFICANTLY more likely he will make it to campus. His arm injury wasn’t anything structural. A high asking price leads to big slides and the likelihood he will attend LSU.

So you want him to get drafted high so he doesn’t make it to campus?? That’s pretty screwed up logic being that you are an LSU fan. I personally hate seeing our top commits continuously getting robbed by the MLB draft. But that’s just the diehard LSU fan in me.

Arm wasn’t structural, but he’s got a kinda funky delivery, and that always worries me for potential arm issues in the future.
