With Brennan outplaying Burrow and leading the purple to a victory – and a new offense installation underway – could there be a legit qb battle heading into fall?

Yes. It’s hard to say whether Loving or Aycock is ahead on the depth chart considering neither completed a pass.

Only, perhaps, in your mind.
I doubt that even Miles Brennan thinks he should be the starter next fall.

Of course, there is (or at least I hope there is). I would hope all of our QBs have enough talent to facilitate (some) competition. If not, we did not recruit very well.
