This is what worries me the most. Run blocking is spotty at best. Sam will have to use his legs IMO.

No, especially the right side. I see #50 on his arse more than actually blocking someone. When they turned the running game loose it was behind Seaton.

Some of you people....lol. Neither Bama or Texas are good teams. LSU will end both of their seasons, at least in terms of Playoffs.

Hope you're right... run blocking is not good. Competition in trenches is fixing to go up.

They're both very good teams when they play up to their potential. Bama beat SEC-leading Kentucky (!) by FOUR TOUCHDOWNS on the road! Texas beat Ohio State, for Chris' sake. And both will be in fine form when they surface in Tiger Stadium in 2-3 weeks.

Yesterday was encouraging, but Bama and Texas will be a different kind of test. We’ve got to be able to run the ball without asking Sam to make something happen with his legs every time. Hopefully the right side cleans things up, because we’re going to need that run game to be consistent against those defenses. Geaux Tigers!

We are just not that physical on the o line. You can’t just create that or turn it on. We have the lineman we have

So far they have been enough to win 6 games, should have been 8.Are they great no but name a team that is perfect this season. As Tiger fans some of us have to find something wrong instead of enjoying victories.

I'm enjoying our improvement, but the next 3 are tough. Our advantage is we get the next two at home. Still expect wars in those games.

I think it will be good enough, because we have someone who can see the game and call corrected plays.

Take the Kentucky game a couple weeks ago, we were being absolutely manhandled. Then you started to see adjustments, like Jones getting a couple toss sweeps to the outside. And of course Leavitt breaking a few runs too. Wasn't great (and we ended up losing), but that's the type of game that in the past, we'd end up with 30 yds rushing. We got 94.

I think if don't see positives early we will repeat what we did against Auburn. Pass all over em to setup late game running

Spread them out and pass to set up the run.

This year more than ever feels so week to week. Bama gets praised for being way better running the ball than last year, then gets shut down by Tenn.

I’d say Missouri is better at running than LSU, yet LSU runs for 172 at ole Miss and Missouri runs for 39 against them.

This year more than any I can remember I feel like I don’t know anything definitively about anyone. I do think the home crowd effect impacts OL more than any unit on the field.

Treydez and Grace blocked their tail off yesterday.

I think our running game will do enough in those games.

You’re 100% spot in on about #50. He’s not aggressive enough at all.

Won’t be any tougher than the first 8 weeks.Every game these days is a crapshoot ALA ,TEX TENN ,ARK are on the same level as teams we have played ,not much better. They have ALL lost games lairetts have thought they should have won.

We can use our short passing game to open up the run. Our short passing game is very effective.
