Won't start...Jefferson will. Jefferson appears to have caught his stride. But I dunno, Jefferson's looked good in other bowl games only to play the Tulanes, ULMs, and Troys, etc the following year like he is a walkon QB with no SEC experience.
But I'd guess Jefferson will start the first several games of the season with Mettenberger and Jarrett Lee battling each other for mop-up duty. But if Jefferson plays the early season like the last two years, Mettenberger may be promoted to starter mid-season.

A white cam hahaha your a dumbass!!!!! Cam stol laptops and took money an was caught cheating on school work at UF!!!! Mett was drunk one night and grabbed a girls arse or tit at a bar two defferent things! While i know he did wrong he is not close to half the as bad of the stuff Scam newton did so GTFO!!!!

He was not the starting QB when dismissed, he was competing for the spot. And comparing him to Cam Newton is like comparing apples and bananas.

Sure, he could be a Cecil Collins/Ryan Perrilloux type legend or he could be a Jacob Hester/God/Billy Cannon type legend.

Honestly he has the potential to definatly be an LSU legend but their are alot of factors that need to come in play such as chemistry with the team, right offense, etc

The character attacks on Mett are unfounded. He didn't do anything other than pat or slap a girl on the butt. He was 18 or 19. Big freaking deal. Let it go, I am sure he is a good kid.
