Tommy Hodson was first team SEC his freshman year. LSU won the SEC his freshman year.

I would argue Will Campbell and Emory Jones are having better seasons than him. I still think Vincent and Mathieu are both the goat freshmen seasons.

TM7. Very similar true freshman seasons. Both came in as the season ended.

Every time a big play is being made on defense his name keeps coming up. He just seems to have a natural instinct for playmaking, can't teach it.

Vincent was one of the most overrated players in LSU history. The dude had holes to run through that he could have driven through, and he did NOT have the elite speed to finish.

Vincent was about the 20th best back of this century for LSU. Pretty good. That's all.

If he can become the 2nd True Freshman to be named a Consensus All-American on the defensive side of the ball you can put him up there with Derek Stingly, Jr.
