Is it likely the LSU admin.is waiting until after the NCAA tournament to let coach WW go?

At this point, Im not sure what else they would be waiting for. I think they know that letting him go now would be detrimental to the team as far as the tournament goes.

They are trying to figure out how to fire him without having to pay the buyout

not really sure what their gameplan is, it is very difficult to predict the actions of irrational people.

Did you really create an account just to bring this refreshing, new idea to the board?

Terrible terrible leadership. If WW is let go. I hope the arena is completely empty all next year. I will not support LSU athletics with such incompetence as JA and FKing

Probably waiting till after the trial.

If there are actual violations than we can fire him without paying a huge buyout.

This could have all been avoided. One mere droplet and maybe some proof of wrongdoing and joe and f Queen step on each other's dicks and really make a somewhat simple scenario into a black hole.

This could not have happened at a worse time than the last 2 weeks.

The only thing worse than what the admin has already done, would be to fire Wade right now. That would accomplish nothing and would be a huge distraction for the team.

I don’t think so. I think they already have that.

Which is why they reneged on the agreed upon meeting and wanted to then invite the board and their attorney. Wade recognized this and his response was 100% appropriate.

No they don’t. They’d get sued by wade if they fired him now for cause.

Apparently they've tried to meet with WW again and the compliance department insisted on it and the NCAA be present so that meeting was scrapped.

Alleva and Alexander have a huge problem...a court trial

Both will be deposed under oath, Smart and his family will be deposed under oath, quite possibly Christian Dawkins will be deposed. Any under handed bs thats been occuring in the Athletic Dept could be exposed.

It will be a mutual parting with terms of an undisclosed settlement.

I can say I have cause but that doesn't mean anything. Lawyers on both sides would have disagreeing sentiments about the situation; therefore, my guess is they are waiting until after the FBI hearing to make any decisions. They want to hear what he says on record and what else comes from the hearings. Until then, my guess is a stalemate.

Probably because *if* Wade is indeed guilty, he's going to say the administration was either in on it or agreed to his tactics... he won't take the bullet entirely by himself.
