Orange Bowl is projected at getting the SEC#3 team next season since Sugar is a CFP SemiFinal game
I would be ecstatic with that

9-3 to 10-2. QB may depend on how good Max Johnson can be
If we are starting a true freshman QB, then we aren't going 10-2, and probably not 9-3. To just throw Max Johnson over Brennan, and say we will have to depend on him, is idiotic I think.

I'd guess Vegas will put us at 10 wins in the regular season
Should be 9.5

One thing I havent seen anyone say either is the fact that our schedule is much more in our favor by playing Texas, Bama, Ole Miss, and Miss St at home next season.
Florida, Auburn, and TAMU will be tough road games
Huh? I would much rather play Ole Miss and Miss State away and Florida and Auburn at home. The LSU vs Alabama series has been bizarre with the road team winning almost as much in the last 25 years as the home team. Texas A&M has only beaten LSU one time in like the last 8 tries or so. I do like that Arkansas is away since they are a dumpster fire right now.

Creating chemistry with Chase, Marshall, Racey, Kirklin and Gilbert will pay off big time.
Not to mention Brennan has been getting all his reps with the second team already (McMath and Kirklin)

Offense- It’s all gonna come down to Brennan.
1. We will have one of the deepest backfields in the country.
2. The best receiving Corp in the country.
3. On the offensive line 4 of the projected 5 starters have already started games for us.
Defense- that is tough to predict.
1. Tyler Shelvin May be the best NT in the country. That could do a lot for an inexperienced LB Corp.
2. Jacoby Stevens will have his work cut out for him but as the leader of this defense he could be the biggest piece.
3. Our secondary may be the most talented in. Derrick Stingley in my opinion is the best cornerback in the country joining him will be Flott, Vincent, Ricks, Harris, Hampton, etc.
Special teams we return everyone except our long snapper.
I think the ceiling for this team is repeat national champions. I think number 10 is our basement.

At Auburn and at Faggie the last two games of the year in November sucks no matter how you look at it.
From talking to some aTm guys this year, they all said that next year will be the year for Jimbo. They are supposed to return a whole lot. They weren't saying it as, "we will kick your arse next season." It was more of a, " If Jimbo can't get it done next year, I don't know if he ever will," tone.

I think we treat the 1st games at Season 1 and the Last 4 as the $ games
1st 8 we have a home game vs Texas and and road game a Florida! Florida game will be ENORMOUS if we can beat Texas and I promise, the team we have NOW is every bit as talented as that group!
8-0 with a HOME GAME vs Bama would be EPIC...ater that, we just figure out what we have!
and for the Vegas OVER UNDER to be 10 wins is absolutely INCORRECT and you have no clue what you are talking about!
8.5 or 9 MAX

Brennan's about to be our Steve Young.

Exactly. I understand why people would have tempered expectations especially after the show Burrow put on all year, but I think Brennan is gonna go off. Curry, TDP and Emery all with another year under their belt is gonna make things a lot easier on Brennan, too. I think we’ll carry over that natty or bust mindset. I don’t see us taking our foot off the gas.

Obviously he is a FR but he is an early enrollee which makes a hell of a lot of difference. As Al McGuire used to say, after you have been in school playing your FR year, you aren't a FR anymore you are a SO. I put early enrollees close to that category. You get spring practice, you get the spring game, you get off time working with WRer if you wish, etc. There have been a lot of TR FR who look pretty darn good in major college football. Of course you have to have the talent which he does IMO.

The media has LSU in a total rebuild. Tigers got ‘em just where they want ‘em coming into 2020. Gonna surprise a lot of folk.

depends a lot on Brennan. He will be good but not sure if champion good yet. We will see.
OL has at least as much talent as this year but will need to jell quickly. Recievers will be off the hook good, better than this year. Both Price and Emory have more natural talent than CEH and much bigger big play potential, but can they put it all together like CEH?
will be better at DL and secondary but need true freshman to step up at LB's to help out.
Overall D will be better.
Hire some good asst coaches and we could make another run at it.
the schedule is kind of f'd though with aTm florida and Aubie all on the road and getting a better Texas team right out the gate when Brennan and the OL will still be green.

OL - probably not quite as good, but still good enough.
Remember, OL was one of our biggest question marks leading into this season... and they only won the Joe Moore Award for nation's best offensive line.

You’re right Bryce Young is the real deal, very smart and mature, I noticed him at All American game there was something different about the way he carried himself, kid is going to be special he has Tua-isk about him. Tua’s mini-me better than Tua’s brother now
