The PC administration has done everything in its power to destroy the Tiger Stadium atmosphere. From ridiculous tail gating regulations to neutering the Golden Band and not allowing them to play the tunes that pump up the crowd.
On another note, we do pump in more music than all the clubs on Brightside combined.

Its not the song thats novel... STTDB has become infamous among college aged guys and is literally part of the young LSU culture whether anyone here likes it or not...

They didn't play Tiger Rag for like 20 years, but the first time the band struck it up everyone knew when to yell "a$$hole."

I was a senior in 2007 and was at the South Carolina game when us students simply and semi-cleverly added "[pause] c**ks" to the usual "you suck" during Oh-we-Oh. That didn't go over well. I don't recall when Neck was added, but it was clearly used as a surrogate by the students. However, while students for generations knew how to flirt with the boundaries on what is acceptable, today's youth are just obnoxious. Y'all could have just kept "you suck" going... until the next time SC came to town.

I'm in my 30's and have been attending LSU games since I was very young. I miss the loud and rowdy atmosphere. That being said, hearing half the stadium yelling "STTDB" in unison is cringeworthy and classless. I'm not some old fart, and now I have kids 6-8 years old and I don't appreciate them having to hear that.

THIS! Thank you. STTDB is the most embarrassing thing I've ever heard in Tiger Stadium and I started going in the 70s. You can get close to the line, even cross it a little sometimes, but that's filthy. It's a bad look, for you and LSU.

In my 20s and it's pretty cringy and classless. I don't think you should have to have a talk w your kids about beastiality either at under 10 ages.
