Just listened to the breakdown on this. Apparently Kelly's lawsuit isn't against LSU, its against the state of Louisiana and would have to be remedied by the state legislature. Louisiana currently has 300million tied up in cases they haven't paid and Kelly's lawsuit would fall in this category. There is a possibility that Kelly will never sees that settlement.

I think LSU has no idea what they are actually doing. If they really had grounds for cause they would have already told Kelly and he would not have filed this. There is no reason for LSU to sit on legitimate for cause allegations.
Kelly's attorney's are like a running quarter back against a Blake Baker defense in this situation.
