This is a direct result of the total s/c program that has been upgraded big time.
This will pay big dividens as the football program builds on itself this fall. This team should gather serious mo as the season plays out. Gotta beat Fla St!!! That's the trigger!!

People will scream but our S&C program was stale. We went from eating people up in second half’s to looking great off the bus to being fat and sloppy

I do find Flint's program very interesting. Dr. Frakes has also helped a lot on the nutrition side. You can tell he loves his job.

The make over so far with our big guys has been noticeable.

The knock of wood shite aside, I’m with you. You can see the new S&C approach and better practice planning paying dividends already. Just look at how our team fell apart with camp injuries for two straight years and still wasn’t prepared to play physical football for 4 quarters in game one.

Injuries happen, but when they happen in bunches and on a consistent basis, something is up.

Well it’s an objective assessment of our S&C.

BK has mentioned it many times in detail.

But let’s not discuss anything good because y’all think it’ll “jinx it”!

What’s next, we can’t mention a decrease in penalties? Turnovers? Can’t jinx it! Lol.

Yes it's early. Yes this is a multi year process. The bottom line is to IMPROVE GAME BY GAME. BK accepts nothing less from his team and S/C results. That's why TM is gone.
