It sounds like he’s up to his usual offseason antics in Kansas.

LINK

“ Les Miles says he's taking a hands-off approach with the #kufball offense this year, letting OC Brent Dearmon install his scheme: "I’ve said, hey, we’ve got a great coordinator, let’s let him coordinate."

Miles would like to see a 50/50 split in pass/run.”

Wait til those closed door scrimmages when Les is going to say the QB threw for 304 and 3 TDs

And the defense managed 5 picks and 8 sacks. Fun times.

"There's no question that I have an excess of energy and a want to be with this team," Miles said. "This team is working hard. It's doing the things that we ask it to do. And it's pretty special. This place is pretty special as well. We're enjoying the day, the style of people. And I like my team. They're getting ready to fight."

Of course, the buildup to the 2020 season is unlike any Miles has faced in his near-two-decade coaching tenure.

"The real thing that's interesting is this COVID-19 and the fatigue that it takes to fight through a series of decisions that are made on your behalf that you have really no way to affect," Miles said. "I think our guys have just really powered through some difficult crisis and enjoyed coming out on the other end. I think the play and having the practice was coming out on the other end."

NO I dont miss him
With that said, all he has to do is get them to a bowl game by year 4 and they will give him a statue.

I love that it's a hands-off approach, let him do his thing and then:

Miles is the only coach in America that gives exorbitant scrimmage stats for the offense and say that his defense played extremely well all day.

I know a reasonable person is not supposed to have as much dislike for an ex LSU head coach, like I do, but Les is the most miserable head coach ever and I wish him nothing but losses at Kansas.
