In retrospect, should CPM have pitched Poche in GM 1?

It only makes sense to pitch Poche against Florida State in game 1 with all the lefties in their lineup. Lange game 2 against OSU and we come into today them having to beat us twice. Hindsight is always 20/20 but looking back I think we are going to the championship series today if the rotation were different.

Everything would be different in hindsight. It's not like you plan on losing your #3 starter in 2 innings.

Well yeah, because in retrospect we know what happened to Walker.

Doesn't matter. Walker leaving early threw everything off. Deal with it.

He should have pitched Hess every game. No brainer. . We would be in the finals.

True. Just saying that if you treat it like a 3 game series and play matchups then that would have been the way to go.

If you knew Walker was going to get hurt after 2 innings in game 2 then you are the shittiest fan we have for not letting CPM know about it. How dare you??

Hell yeah. Pitching your starter, who had been struggling BY FAR the most out of your 3 starters, in game one should have been a no brainer. Then if LSU would have lost that game, your stupid arse would be here saying how dumb CPM was for starting Poche game 1.

It is what it is. If we don't win today you're not even asking.

Which makes where we are now pretty remarkable. 3 wins, playing for a spot in the championship series, without a full compliment of pitchers, and some hitters struggling. Yet here we are.

Damn CPM for not knowing Walker would have arm problems!

Our year long negative clowns aren't saying much these days. Got to love it.
