Nuss fell off the bus. He sucks. But, I blame CBK and Sloan for the shitty play calls also. So, they are responsible for half of the BS we are seeing from Nuss.

To think people on the TR were saying he would replace JD by mid season.

One thing that can be said is that it looks like Hodson's and Burrow's career records are getting safer every week.
Assuming 8 more games (7 + bowl);
Nuss needs 273 yards passing per game to become the all-time career leader at LSU; current: Hodson w/ 9,115 (He needs 204 ypg to pass Burrow's 8,565).
He needs 3.6 passing TDs per game; current: Burrow 76. Definitely not happening.
Nuss is averaging 232 yards, 1.4 TDs per game through 5 games.

I'm more upset with Kelly and the coaching staff than I am with Nuss. If Nuss is hurt, then he can't do anything about that but it's on the coaches to sit him while he heals and ensure MVB is prepared to take over, which obviously they haven't.
If Nuss is not hurt and he regressed, then I guess that's somewhat on him but it's also on his coaches for letting it happen.
Either way, my opinion is this situation is more on the coaches than it is on Nuss.
This! I just don’t understand why much of this board doesn’t get it. Is critical thinking really this hard for tRant? What am I saying? Of course it is

It is a shame the power of Ai is used for this kind of thing.
But seriously, I hope he does heal up and return to form, but if he is hurting the team you have to try out VB.

I'll try to create a descriptive picture for you:
Imagine a vibrant and bustling street in India, with colorful buildings, street vendors, and people from all walks of life. In the midst of this chaos, a small, three-wheeled Tuk Tuk is making its way through the crowded streets.
Behind the wheel of the Tuk Tuk is none other than Garrett Nussmeier, the LSU football quarterback. He's wearing a bright purple LSU jersey, a pair of sunglasses, and a big smile on his face. His blonde hair is messy, and his eyes are fixed on the road ahead as he navigates through the crowded streets.
The Tuk Tuk is decorated with LSU flags and stickers, and the words "Geaux Tigers" are written in bold letters on the side panel. The vehicle is moving slowly, but Garrett is having the time of his life, honking the horn and waving at the people on the street.
As he drives, Garrett is taking in the sights and sounds of India. He's passing by street vendors selling spices, fruits, and flowers, and the smell of delicious Indian cuisine is wafting through the air. He's also seeing the beautiful architecture of the Indian buildings, with intricate carvings and colorful murals.
Despite the chaos of the Indian streets, Garrett is in his element. He's a quarterback, used to making quick decisions and navigating through tight spaces. Driving a Tuk Tuk through the streets of India is just another challenge for him, and he's rising to the occasion.
As he turns a corner, Garrett spots a group of Indian children playing soccer in the street. He pulls over and gets out of the Tuk Tuk, and the kids gather around him, excited to meet the American football player. Garrett starts playing soccer with the kids, laughing and joking with them as they kick the ball around.
The scene is one of joy and excitement, with Garrett Nussmeier, the LSU quarterback, bringing a little bit of American football spirit to the streets of India.
But seriously, I hope he does heal up and return to form, but if he is hurting the team you have to try out VB.

Nuss needs one hell of a game to get me back on board.
Why? He’s a world beater against bad teams. Pisses down his leg against good.
