FOr out of staters I know a 30 ACT and 3.5 gpa gets you close to full ride but not quite.

Go to the wrestling matches, we are a top five program!! Oh I forgot they got rid of wrestling due to poor attendance.

I'm pretty sure it is a 3.5 and a 1250 out of 1600 on the SAT(not sure about ACT) to get the golden oaks scholarship which pays for pretty much everything.
eta. Nevermind. It is a 3.0 and a 1330.

not trying to bitch or anything, but LSU sure as hell does give a lot of money to out of state students. i didn't get shite from them and im in state.

Honors college is bullshite in my opinion. Thats probably because I didn't get in because I had 29 on the ACT but I find that the kids it are no smarter than anyone else.

I made a 29 on my ACT first try (which is a 1300 SAT) and was 40th in my class. All of these tests are bullshite. They don't test what you "learned" as much as your ability to perform under pressure. Of course, I'm not stupid, I just slept and never did my assignments.
