Quinn Ewers was the consensus #1 player in 2021 and Drew Allar was the consensus #1 quarterback in 2022.

it ain't because of them. At some point, Texas needs to try Arch if Ewers continues to struggle. He has been holding Texas back all year on offense. Texas has a good defense, and that, along with the SEC schedule, is why they are playing tonight.

Because both teams have elite defenses. Something else we are sorely lacking.

For me, the sting lessened when they signed Vanburen. I get what you’re saying though.

You were saying? If their receiver didn’t drop an easy touchdown, they’d be leading.
Arch would be killed with the pass rush Evers has had to deal with all night.

I'm not even rooting against Underwood. But reality will hit him when they have nobody there to help him grow as a QB, no weapons for him to work with, and no opportunity to reach his potential.

They are both in the semis because of their defenses, not their QBs. And defense is exactly where we need to direct our NIL/Underwood money

Both went deep in the playoffs. One is playing tonight. Quit knocking other guys just bc we’re not there. It’s stupid.

Somebody's going to get Ewers because Manning isn't sitting another year.
He'll probably go back to Ohio State after they beat Texas.

Did you see Arch struggle against UGA?

He wasn’t ready.
