Yea thornton at the 1 and shaq as the 5. I honestly don't know what to do with the 2-4. Some combination of Randolph, Thomas, big baby, and bass

SG-Marcus Thornton
SF-Tyrus Thomas

Chris Paul, Tim Ducan, Josh Howard and 2 rookies that were just drafted

If Thornton's the only G on the team, I ain't letting Baby run point

Duke:

Boozer, Deng and Elton Brand in the frontcourt with Corey Maggette and Chris Duhon at the guards. Grant Hill, Shane Battier and Mike Dunleavy could come off the bench. You could round out the top 10 with Shelden Williams and J.J. Redick.

I agree. My starting line-up would be as follows:

Thornton -PG
Randolph -SG
Thomas -SF
Davis -PF
Shaq -C

Bass is more versatile than Big Baby and would be a good 6th man. I would put Temple on the team as a defensive stopper.

However, UCONN would probably dominate us.

Brand
Deng
Boozer
Battier
Duhon

Not bad

ETA - someone above beat me to it and Magette/Dunleavy off the bench. Also if Jay Williams had not ruined his career he would add to this tremendously.

UNC's wouldn't be as good as you would think:

PG - Felton
SG - McCants
SF - Carter
PF - Marvin Williams
C - Sean May

Are we doing a team of who would be best NOW, or who has the most impressive players over a career that are still in the league?
