If Yale was hitting 25-30% from 3, we lose that game

Thats a dangerous statline for future games. Cant hope every team is only hitting 20 percent.

LSU shot like 2% better than Yale, and below their season average on FT's.

That's what happens when you guard them. It's not like Yale missed a bunch of open looks, we contested just about everything.

If Nick Saban never leaves LSU we have more national championships.

If pigs could fly I open a chain car washes.

If if if.
LSU did what it needed to in order to win the game.
Had Wade been coaching I think he would have pounded it inside more in the second half and not settled for those 3 point attempts

If Yale doesn't go 12+ minutes miraculously without committing a single foul, LSU wins by double digits.

Stop saying "if this"

Survive and advance.

actually they missed a bunch in the closing stretch of the first half that were not particularly well guarded.

we need to have better perimeter defense.

There's a reason they didn't make they season average. There's a team on the other side of them playing defense. Marlon Taylor played his a$$ off on the D side.

If Yale would have scored 80 we would have lost that game.

If LSU shot percentage from 3 they would've lost/won by more!
If LSU didn't make their FT they would've lost!

Coulda, shoulda, woulda. It's all fan fiction.
Reality is LSU won.
Don't sweat the what ifs. Its unnecessary and leads to absolutely nothing but undue stress

I think most HCs are willing to let other teams jack up 3s until they start making them. 3s are by nature a low pct shot.
